About The Photographer

I have been living just outside Miltown in County Kerry for the last 5 years having previously lived in Naas, County Kildare. Throughout the 1990's I worked as a wedding photographer in the Kildare area in the days before digital when a wedding shoot consisted of 45 shots in total to capture the wedding day. As a result I still take the time to compose my photographs despite the fact that with digital it is so easy to just keep clicking away in the hope that you will capture something special.

I have also spent 6 years working as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Computer Software and this has been a great benefit to my present position as a Photographer in that I have a great understanding of the computer software needed to compliment my photography skills. Great photographs today require an excellent knowledge of the various photographic software available and how to use these to get the best prints possible. It is no longer up to the processing lab to do this for you.

Images on this Website

All photographs on this Website are low resolution and are therefore just an indication of the final prints. The colour and brightness are dependent on your monitor and I recommend that before you book any photographer you should see the final prints in reality. Wedding Albums

I provide a wide choice of wedding albums from Traditional bound leather to coffee table/storybook style including top of the range albums from GraphiStudio in Italy. All Wedding packages also include a DVD with approximately 200 images. If you've already seen an album that you like there is a good chance that I can obtain it for you.

Price Guidelines

I believe that my prices are very reasonable as I don't have the same overheads as a High Street studio. As my main photographic interests are Landscapes and Weddings, I don't need a central base in town (although I have a mobile studio setup if needed). At present my prices start from €990 for Weddings. Please contact me for a quote on your requirements. I am available for Weddings throughout Ireland (not only Kerry).

Landscape Photographs

My landscape images can be seen and purchased on www.irish-photographs.com. At the moment these are mainly photographs of County Kerry. I will be expanding this to include other counties. As I also travel a lot I will be setting up a web site for landscape photographs taken in other countries and including cities such as Paris, Lisbon and Nice.
